How we will influence change.
During my Leading Organizational Change course at Lamar University I have learned so many ways to help influence change in my organization. We were able to take a close look at the our innovation plan and how to make the biggest impact in our organization. Below are the tools and resources we will use in combination to put our plan into action and create change within our organization.
